As first-time home buyers, my wife and were concerned about selecting the correct agent. I can't speak highly enough of her demonstrated commitment to her clients and my wife and I would not be in the perfect home for us without her help. Going into the process, you don't realize how many of these conversations take place at inconvenient times and Sheena always made herself available to work through a dispute with the seller, a hiccup on the inspection, and many Sunday evening calls after two days of house hunting. Thankfully Sheena went above and beyond to protect me. She worked with my loan agent, the condo association, and the city to get everyone to produce the necessary documentation for me to make a truly informed decision. In this regard Sheena is an excellent resource. Having previously worked as a lawyer, she was great about breaking down all the jargon in a way a first time home buyer like me could understand. Sheena was very much on my side in helping me to negotiate down the purchase price, but was also honest and upfront about her experience where I might be asking too much and risk alienating the sellers.
